BUNCOMBE COUNTY NC NEWS -- A 30 minute video clip of a special edition of "Sound Off Buncombe." Hosts, Richard Bernier and Randy Thomas discuss illegal immigration issues in North Carolina. Their guest, former Justice Robert Orr, who is campaigning for governor 2008, discusses his plan for education and the education lottery. Justice Orr explains the imbalance in geographical location of North Carolina's power structure, and calls for pressure to enforce open government laws. He further discusses how economic development tax breaks go to larger international businesses, which then spread the savings throughout the entire corporation including sectors outside North Carolina.
