Monaghan Group Thirteen Years of Excellence

Founder and CEO of the Monaghan Group, Beth Monaghan, built her business from the ground up.

NC NEWS -- Beth Monaghan, Founder and CEO of the Monaghan Group, a customized interim accounting services firm with offices in Charlotte, the Triad and the Triangle, recently spoke at two events hosted by the Wake Forest University Family Business Center. The North Carolina forums were held September 29 in Winston-Salem and October 1 in Charlotte. "As a family business owner, I was thrilled to be a part of the Family Business Center's quarterly forum," states Beth Monaghan.

Beth started her own company from a home office 13 years ago because she was tired of trying to "make it work" in the corporate world. Beth brings 25 years of business experience and leadership to Monaghan Group. According to Beth, "there were too many situations where results were measured in the hours you contributed, rather than the difference you made."

Since 2002, Monaghan Group has traveled to five different countries and numerous U.S. locations, tripled the size of its Charlotte practice and added practices in the Triad and Triangle regions. The company has grown to nearly 50 individuals, experiencing success through this latest economic turmoil by engaging .new clients and serving and delighting our clients from years past.
