ORANGE COUNTY NC NEWS -- The 2007 September issue of North Carolina Department of Agriculture's "Goodness Grows In North Carolina Spotlight," featured the Cackalacky Condiment Company located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The "Goodness Grows In North Carolina Spotlight" is part of the "Got to be NC" marketing campaign calling attention to North Carolina companies and individuals who, "embody everything that North Carolina is about" as well as service and support the "Got to Be NC" Agricultural Marketing Initiative. The objective of the initiative is to increase the purchase and consumption of NC agricultural products.

The Spotlight honored Cackalacky Condiment and the company's President, H. Page Skelton for their relentless commitment to promoting all North Carolina food companies as well as their own product. But there is really more in the short clip in the spotlight than meets the eye. First of all, Mr. H. Page Skelton has achieved the American dream.
