| BUNCOMBE COUNTY NC NEWS -- An Indictment that was returned by a federal grand
jury in Asheville, North Carolina on June 3, 2009, was opened yesterday alleging that in
Henderson County, NC, Bryan Noel of Hendersonville among others solicited more
than 100 clients to invest large sums of retirement savings with Certified Estate Planners, Inc.

| Tax Cut Favored Way to Stimulate Economic Growth and Jobs |
| NC NEWS -- According to Civitas Institute 600 North Carolina
voters were asked, "Who do you think is better able to create jobs and rebuild the economy?"
Overwhelmingly, 59.7 percent selected small business and entrepreneurs while 18 percent responded
large corporations. Moreover, only 9 percent responded that the government was better able to
create jobs and rebuild the economy. Additionally, 3.5 percent chose nonprofit organizations as
best qualified, and 9.8 percent of the 600 voters had no opinion... |

| NC Legislature Must Not Interfere With Resumption of Death Penalty |
| NC NEWS -- Long-awaited North Carolina Court decision should allow the
resumption of the death penalty. The Court ruled Friday that the N.C. Medical Board cannot
prevent doctors from participating in executions. This legal challenge by the Board has resulted
