County NC Wanted Sex Offenders - FTR

Welcome to Operation Freebird

COUNTY NC NEWS -- is proud to sponsor "Operation Freebird." A community policing operation designed to locate and apprehend most wanted suspected violators of the North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registration Program. Currently, convicted sex offenders and persons convicted of certain offenses against minors who have failed to register (FTR) in accordance with NC General Statue Article 27A, are considered to have committed a Class F felony.

We appreciate and encourage public participation in "Operation Freebird." We are now accepting "Anonymous Tips." Just email "operationfreebird@countyncnews.com" with your tip, and we will pass the tip anonymously onto the proper law enforcement agency.

County NC News has cataloged North Carolina sex offenders and offenders convicted of certain crimes against minors, who have failed to register (FTR) by county of conviction. Additionally, we also have listed these convicted offenders by last known residence (LKA). To search your county simply click of the appropriate County link. Furthermore, this listing is still under construction, therefore, some Counties are currently unlisted.
