GUILFORD COUNTY NC NEWS -- JAMES J DUNCAN has been apprehended, he was wanted for failing to register (FTR) as a North Carolina sex offender. Duncan was last known to be residing in the Federal Correctional Institution in Estill, South Carolina, which is a medium security prison.
