CHATHAM COUNTY NC NEWS -- JERMAAL ANTWAN GILMORE has allegedly failed to register (FTR) as a North Carolina sex offender, and is in violation of the terms of his release. Failing to register as a convicted sex offender is a Class F felony in accordance with NC General Statue Article 27A.
Last known to reside at 301 Gould Street in BESSEMER CITY, North Carolina, GILMORE was originally convicted of violating North Carolina General Statue 14-202.1 INDECENT LIBERTY MINOR on February 11, 2004, and sentenced to 20 months imprisonment.
