Most Wanted by the DURHAM County Sheriff for FTR as Sex Offender

DURHAM COUNTY NC NEWS -- ROBERT LANCE RANDALL was most wanted for failing to register (FTR) as a North Carolina sex offender. However, RANDALL was apprehended and is presently incarcerated. Additionally, Randall was convicted of a sex offense in the 1ST degree with a child under the age of thirteen on March 28, 2007. According to the North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry, he received a sentence of 48 years and 9-month imprisonment. Randall was released 18 months later on September 10, 2008, and then failed to register.
